How to Make a Subject Access Request

To exercise any of your rights, please write to the Clerk at the address above or email info@clivigerparishcouncil.com. We will respond within one calendar month of receiving your request. There is no charge for a Subject Access Request unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Changes to This Policy

This policy will be reviewed annually by the Council. Any significant changes will be published on this website. This policy was last reviewed at the Council meeting of May 2026 and is due for review in May 2027.
