Local Government Transparency Code 2015 — Compliance Statement

Cliviger Parish Council complies with the Local Government Transparency Code 2015 and publishes the following information in accordance with its statutory obligations.

Mandatory Publications

Expenditure over £100: All items of expenditure exceeding £100 are recorded in the minutes of council meetings, available on the Minutes page.

Annual Accounts: End-of-year accounts are published below, including balance sheets and income/expenditure statements.

Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR): Published below, including the internal audit report and Annual Governance Statement.

Notice of Public Rights: Published annually during the period for the exercise of public rights over the accounts.

Councillor information: Names, roles and declarations of interests are published on the Councillors page.

Land and building assets: Details of land and building assets owned by the Council are included in the annual accounts.

Precept

Cliviger Parish Council sets a precept each year collected through Council Tax. Details of the precept are published in the annual accounts and are available on request from the Clerk.
